Kleboe Tech Solutions Ltd ("we", "us") makes the Survey Software Suite programs. This page explains what personal information we hold, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are the data controller for the information described here.
When you buy
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and merchant of record. They collect your payment details; we never see or store card numbers. Lemon Squeezy shares with us your name, email address, country, order details and licence key, which we use to:
- provide the licence and answer support questions;
- tell you about updates to the programs you have bought;
- keep the business and tax records the law requires.
Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy covers how they handle your information.
In the programs
- The 48-hour trial and your licence are recorded on your own PC.
- When you enter a licence key, and now and then afterwards, the program sends the key and your PC's name to Lemon Squeezy's licence server to check it. Nothing else is sent: your projects, data, reports and files never leave your PC.
- The programs contain no advertising, tracking or analytics.
On this website
The website has no tracking cookies and no analytics. Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security. The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
If you sign up for updates
If you give us your email address on the website, we use it only to tell you about new software and our free software training courses, as you chose on the form, and only because you agreed to it. The form is emailed to us by our own website and a copy is kept on our web hosting, which only we can read. We never sell or share your address. To stop the emails, reply to any of them or email sales@kleboetech.co.uk, and we will remove you.
Checking a training certificate
When you check a certificate on the training page, the name, date and certificate number you type are sent to our website only to check them. They are not kept.
When you email us
We use your email and what you send only to reply and to help you.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as UK tax law requires (normally six years), and support emails for as long as they are useful to help you. Sign-up email addresses are kept until you ask us to stop.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email sales@kleboetech.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
